Fruitzza Inc. — Delivery Policy

1. Scope
This Delivery Policy applies to orders placed for delivery from Fruitzza Inc. at participating locations. Delivery services are provided by an independent third-party contractor (DoorDash). By placing a delivery order you agree to these terms.
2. Delivery Provider
- Fruitzza Inc. contracts delivery fulfillment to DoorDash. DoorDash drivers are independent contractors and not employees or agents of Fruitzza Inc.
- Delivery times, driver communications, tracking, and delivery fees are managed by DoorDash and subject to their terms of service.
3. Order Placement & Acceptance
- Orders may be placed through DoorDash’s platform or other authorized channels that use DoorDash for delivery.
- An order is accepted when Fruitzza Inc. confirms preparation and hands the order to the DoorDash driver. Estimated delivery times are provided by DoorDash and may change due to demand, traffic, weather, or other factors.
4. Delivery Area & Hours
- Delivery availability, service area, and hours are shown on the DoorDash platform and may vary by location and event. Fruitzza Inc. does not guarantee delivery outside the defined service area.
5. Fees & Payment
- Delivery fees, service charges, and optional driver tips are set and collected by DoorDash. Menu prices on DoorDash may differ from on-site prices.
- All payments for delivery orders are processed through DoorDash unless otherwise agreed.
6. Order Accuracy & Handoff
- Fruitzza Inc. is responsible for preparing orders accurately and ensuring items are properly packaged at handoff.
- Once the order is accepted and handed to the DoorDash driver, responsibility for timely delivery and handling in transit rests with DoorDash.
7. Missing, Late, or Damaged Deliveries
- For issues that occur after handoff (late arrival, driver conduct, missing/damaged items in transit), please contact DoorDash first using their app or customer support. Fruitzza Inc. will cooperate with DoorDash to resolve verified issues.
- If the issue is due to order preparation (wrong item, missing item before handoff), contact Fruitzza Inc. within 24 hours with order details and photo evidence; we will review and offer replacement, refund, or credit at our discretion.
8. Cancellations
- Orders canceled before preparation may be fully refunded through DoorDash or as permitted by DoorDash’s cancellation policy.
- Once preparation begins or the order has been handed to the driver, cancellations and refunds are subject to DoorDash policies and Fruitzza Inc.’s refund policy.
9. Food Safety & Temperature
- Fruitzza Inc. prepares food to quality and safety standards. Due to transit, delivered food may arrive at a different temperature than when prepared; Fruitzza Inc. is not liable for quality changes caused by delivery conditions after handoff.
10. Liability Limitation
- Fruitzza Inc. is liable only for issues arising from its preparation and packaging. DoorDash is responsible for delivery performance, driver actions, and items once in transit. Fruitzza Inc. disclaims liability for delays, loss, or damage caused by DoorDash or factors beyond our control.
11. Allergies & Special Instructions
- Indicate allergies or special requests when placing the order. We will use reasonable efforts to comply, but cannot guarantee an allergen-free product due to shared kitchen environments. Fruitzza Inc. is not liable for allergic reactions.
12. Changes to Policy
- Fruitzza Inc. may update this Delivery Policy at any time. The most current policy will be posted where our policies are displayed.
